At Lily Lolo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mineral beauty purchase. If a product isn't the perfect match for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
